return of products
If the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt.
For this purpose, we ask for:
- Notification of the willingness to return (withdrawal from the sales contract) by e-mail to email@example.com or by post to the following address: Pszczelarium Kamil Baj, Wałbrzyska 19/47, 02-739 Warsaw .
- Including the following information in the notification: order number, order date, invoice/bill number, name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of receipt of goods. The wording "I hereby inform you of my withdrawal from the contract of sale of the following items [name of goods]". Account number to which the money will be returned.
- Sending the returned product to the following address: Pszczelarium Kamil Baj, ul. Walbrzyska 19/47, 02-739 Warsaw
The money will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days. Please note that we refuse a refund if:
- the product has been unsealed, e.g. the band from the jar with honey has been broken,
- the jar was open
- the honey packaging is incomplete or damaged,
- a product other than honey is damaged,
- the package was sent cash on delivery (at the expense of the store).
Return / cancellation of services
If you resign from our services (e.g. workshop or course), please inform us immediately by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (+48 609 475 750). If resignation occurs:
- at least 8 days before the announced start date of the service - we refund 100% of the costs incurred,
- 7 days (and less) before the announced start date of the service - you will not receive a refund, you can register a person for your place.
